Friday 25th August
Friday Night Catch Up
It has become a tradition to meet at the Bridgetown Hotel for Friday night, simply to catch up with other paddlers. It is also a good opportunity to arrange car shuffles for the next day of paddling. WWR have booked the rear veranda at the Bridgetown Hotel for Friday and Saturday evenings. They have been given prior notice that a big group is to be expected so just use the Wildwater paddling group name when ordering. If you are eating, simply pay individually at the counter at the rear facing the verandah.
Saturday 26th August
Teams Race
Registration: 12:30pm to 1:30pm
Registration desk located under the main bridge
Briefing: 1:40 pm
Start: 2:00 pm
Saturday Night Dinner
WWR have booked the rear verandah at the Bridgetown Hotel for Friday and Saturday evenings. If you are eating, simply pay individually at the counter at the rear facing the verandah. At approx. 7:30pm, we will be announcing the winners of the team’s race and offering up a few fun prizes.
Entry Fee
Pay on the day of the race at registrations.
Adults $25 / Juniors $15 for both Teams and Classic races
Adults $20 / Juniors $10 for either Teams or Classic race
Additional $10 for Insurance cover for non-CWA members
Sunday 27th August
Classic Race
Registration: 8:30 am to 9:30 am
Registration desk located under the main bridge
Briefing: 9:40 am
Start: 10:00 am
Sunday Lunch_ Awards
On Sunday, following the main race, we have booked The Cidery for lunch at 12pm. We will be presenting random prizes for all competitors and the main awards for WWR champion and category prizes.
